Cold Calling Agent – Quran Education Campaign (UK Market)

About the Role

We are looking for confident and motivated Cold Calling Agents to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients in the UK and introduce our Quran education programs for children and adults.

This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English, have strong communication skills, and are comfortable speaking with international clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based leads
• Introduce and explain Quran learning programs clearly and professionally
• Identify interested clients and transfer or schedule them with the enrollment team
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

Requirements

• Good spoken English (UK/neutral accent preferred)
• Prior experience in cold calling or call centers is a plus
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Basic computer knowledge
