Role Overview:

We are hiring Cold Callers for our B2B outbound sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are fluent in English and can help with our BD goals. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients.
• Qualify prospects against predefined criteria.
• Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call records and lead statuses in CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English communication skills and writing skills (mandatory).
• Prior experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or call center sales.
• Comfortable with night shift timings.
• Confidence, persistence, and resilience in handling objections.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to meet daily/weekly lead generation targets.

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore
Shift Timing: Night Shift (10:00 PM – 07:00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary & Incentives:

• PKR 80,000 – 1,00,000 basic salary + incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
