Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive (USA Market)

We are a US-based Healthcare & Hospitality Staffing Company looking for experienced Cold Calling and Lead Generation Specialists to identify businesses across the United States that need RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Caregivers, Housekeeping, Front Desk, Servers, Kitchen Staff, and other hospitality/healthcare workers.

Your main responsibility will be to make outbound B2B calls, generate qualified leads, schedule appointments, and build relationships with decision-makers

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to healthcare & hospitality facilities in the US

(Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants, etc.)

• Identify potential clients needing staffing, temporary workers, travel nurses, or hospitality staff
• Generate qualified leads, maintain CRM records, and schedule appointments
• Follow up with warm leads and nurture prospects to convert into clients
• Build and maintain a pipeline of decision-makers (HR, Directors, GMs, Administrators)
• Handle basic email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and lead research
• Track daily/weekly KPIs (calls, leads, conversions, follow-ups)

Requirements

• Excellent US English speaking skills (neutral or US accent preferred)
• 1–3+ years’ experience in Cold Calling / Lead Generation / Call Center / B2B Sales
• Experience in Healthcare or Hospitality staffing is a strong plus
• Confident, professional phone etiquette with proven results
• Ability to work US hours (EST/CST/PST)
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or other lead tools (preferred)
• Must be organized, reliable, and goal-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
