Cold Calling Representatives (Night Shift)

Location: City Housing Society, Jhelum
Shift Timings: 9PM to 3AM

We are looking for a confident, results-driven Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive to help us connect with potential business clients, qualify leads, and book high-quality meetings for our sales team. This role is focused on outbound calling, clear communication, and consistent performance against daily and monthly targets.

You will be the first point of contact with prospects, so professionalism, clarity, and persistence are essential.

Requirements:

• Graduation preferred
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Confident phone handling and persuasive speaking skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow scripts and meet targets
• Make outbound cold calls to targeted business leads daily
• Clearly introduce our services and communicate value in under 60 seconds
• Handle objections confidently and professionally
• Book qualified meetings for the sales/management team
• Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
• Achieve daily call, conversation, and meeting-booking targets
• Follow up with warm leads when required.
