Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Cold Calling Sales Experts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and closing deals.

This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a professional approach to generate leads and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients in our target niche
• Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
• Present our services clearly and persuasively
• Handle client objections and answer questions
• Close sales deals
• Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and outcomes in Google Sheets
• Meet and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in cold calling or sales
• Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Confident, persuasive, and persistent
• Comfortable with work tools (Caller, Zoom, email, spreadsheets)
• Strong understanding of sales process and lead qualification
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Past Experience in Staffing Agencies, Recruitment agency, BPO companies
• Knowledge of Sales and Recruitment agency
• Ability to handle rejection positively and maintain motivation
