Cold Calling Sales Rep (Remote)

Overview

We’re looking for a sales rep who is comfortable making a high volume of cold calls and generating new business through outbound outreach.

This role is focused on calling business owners, starting conversations, and turning those conversations into deals.

If you’re someone who can stay consistent, handle rejection, and put in the volume, this is a strong opportunity with clear upside.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound cold calls to business owners
• Generate and qualify new opportunities
• Run sales conversations and close deals
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Manage your pipeline and stay organized
• Make 150+ calls per day consistently

Compensation:

This role offers a $2,000 base pay after a two-week qualification period + $ 300 per deal commission.

• Base pay unlocks after 2 weeks + 3 closed deals
