Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented sales professional with 2–5 years of experience having the following skill set:
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling (mandatory).
- Experience selling SaaS products or Software/IT Services.
- Fluent English with a neutral or close-to-American accent.
- Strong objection-handling and rebuttal skills.
- Natural persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to confidently speak with founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.
- Experience working with US, UK, or international markets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Understanding of sales funnels and qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, etc.).
- Strong closing mindset — not just appointment setting.
- Highly target-driven with a consistent performance mindset.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily to targeted prospects.
- Break gatekeepers and confidently reach decision-makers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches for SaaS and IT Services.
- Handle objections effectively and convert resistance into interest.
- Qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings.
- Close small SaaS deals where applicable.
- Maintain and update CRM with call notes and pipeline status.
- Follow structured scripts while continuously improving messaging.
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and manage your own pipeline from outbound efforts.
