As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated Cold Calling & Scheduling Specialist to generate qualified leads and manage meeting coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided and self-sourced leads
- Present Devtrest’s services clearly, confidently, and professionally
- Qualify prospects based on business needs and decision-making authority
- Schedule meetings, calls, or demos with qualified leads for the sales/business development team
- Coordinate availability, send calendar invites, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and scheduling details in CRM tools
- Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive brand image
- Meet daily and monthly call, lead, and scheduling targets
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and scheduling efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Experience scheduling meetings for sales or business development teams
- Background in B2B, IT services, or digital solutions sales
