Working Hours

As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated Cold Calling & Scheduling Specialist to generate qualified leads and manage meeting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided and self-sourced leads
  • Present Devtrest’s services clearly, confidently, and professionally
  • Qualify prospects based on business needs and decision-making authority
  • Schedule meetings, calls, or demos with qualified leads for the sales/business development team
  • Coordinate availability, send calendar invites, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and scheduling details in CRM tools
  • Handle objections effectively while maintaining a positive brand image
  • Meet daily and monthly call, lead, and scheduling targets
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and scheduling efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
  • Experience scheduling meetings for sales or business development teams
  • Background in B2B, IT services, or digital solutions sales
