Cold Calling & Social Outreach Specialist (US Campaign – Remote)

About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Cold Calling & Social Outreach Specialist to run US-based outreach campaigns. This role focuses on calling real estate agents, and comment-based outreach on Facebook & Instagram to generate qualified leads.

This is not a freelance role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow long-term and focus solely on this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold call US-based realtors using provided data and scripts
• Handle objections and maintain professional call flow
• Comment strategically on Facebook & Instagram posts for outreach
• Maintain call logs and basic reporting
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Work closely with management to improve outreach quality and conversion

Requirements

• Must be based in Lahore
• Proven experience with US-based cold calling
• Confident spoken English with a neutral or US-friendly accent
• Comfortable working US-focused campaigns
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment
• Not working as a freelancer or on multiple jobs
• Self-driven, consistent, and goal-oriented

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8-hour shift
• Saturday: 4-hour shift
• Sunday off

Compensation

• Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 200,000 per month
• Includes basic + uncapped commission
• High performers can earn up to PKR 150,000+ in commissions monthly
