We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented cold-calling expert to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients and leads in the UAE and Pakistani market to introduce our services
• Engage with prospects through email and phone outreach to build relationships and schedule meetings
• Track, report, and analyze outreach results to refine strategies for better results
• Follow up on leads and engage with decision-makers to convert prospects into clients
• Work closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts with business goals
• Manage and maintain lead databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Monitor outreach performance and report back to the Team Lead
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in sales outreach and cold calling techniques

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Preferred 6 months of experience related to cold calling, and sales, marketing, or communication is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A good and proficient English accent for effective cold calling
• A basic understanding of sales principles and cold outreach strategies
• Resilience in handling rejection and the ability to follow up persistently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with a strong focus on organization

Location: Onsite - Bahawalpur Bypass Chowk.

Contract length: 6 months

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
