Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and resilient Cold Calling Specialist to join our sales team at our Johar Town, Lahore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients in the UK and USA markets, qualifying leads, and scheduling discovery calls for our senior sales team. This role requires excellent English communication skills, a proven track record in B2B cold calling, and the ability to work night shifts to align with UK/USA business hours.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years B2B cold calling experience

- Excellent English communication (mandatory)

- Available for night shift (8 PM - 3 AM)

- Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated

💰 Compensation: PKR 30,000 - 50,000 + performance bonuses
