Cold Calling Specialist (Remote-Night shift) (International Digital Marketing Campaign)

We are looking for a Calling Specialist with experience in the digital marketing industry to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of digital marketing solutions (SEO, Social Media, Ads, etc.), and the ability to identify and engage potential business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients in need of digital marketing services.
• Make outbound calls to introduce company offerings and generate interest.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate client databases and call records in CRM.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to align lead generation strategies.

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in telemarketing, client outreach, or lead generation (preferably in digital marketing/IT services).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Branding, etc.).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to research and identify high-quality leads online (LinkedIn, Google, directories, etc.).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and confident on calls.
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools.
