We are seeking a dedicated and confident Cold Calling Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients in the US market, engaging in professional conversation, and setting appointments or generating leads. Candidates must be comfortable speaking with US-based clients and handling cold calls on a daily basis.

Hybrid work is possible, but priority will be given to candidates willing to work from the office.
US office timings will be followed.

Position Overview

The Cold Calling Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls, introducing our services, identifying client needs, and scheduling follow-up actions. Confidence, clarity in communication, and the ability to handle objections are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling & Client Outreach

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US market.
• Introduce company services and deliver a clear value proposition.
• Build rapport and maintain professionalism during calls.
• Handle objections with confidence and maintain positive engagement.

Lead Generation & Follow-Up

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate call logs and lead information in internal systems.
• Follow up with warm leads to move them through the pipeline.

Communication & Reporting

• Provide daily updates on call activity and lead status.
• Work closely with the sales team for alignment and feedback.
• Ensure scripts, guidelines, and communication standards are followed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong US accent — mandatory.
• Cold calling experience or strong calling skills — required.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer outreach is a plus.
• Ability to work comfortably during US working hours.
• Excellent verbal communication and confidence on calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
