WGS is currently hiring experienced Cold Callers to join a remote solar campaign account.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous telesales or cold-calling experience who are looking for a stable work-from-home position with attractive earnings and performance-based incentives.

Job Details:

• Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Package:

• 15K Net Basic Salary
• 25 USD commission for each closed deal

Requirements:

• English level: B2+ to C1
• Minimum 3 months of telesales or cold-calling experience
• Egyptians and foreigners currently inside Egypt can apply
• Must have:
• PC or Laptop
• USB Headset
• Stable internet connection (LAN cable preferred)

About the Campaign:
Agents will contact homeowners to introduce solar energy solutions designed to help reduce electricity bills. The campaign focuses on promoting affordable solar services supported through government-backed programs.

Training & Probation:

• Training Period: 1 day
• Probation Period: 3 days

During probation, agents are expected to achieve a minimum daily target of appointments. Candidates who successfully meet performance expectations will continue with the account and receive payment for the probation period.
