Position Title: Cold Chain Supervisor

Location: Karachi
Department: Operations / Cold Chain
Qualification:

• B.Tech or DAE in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Experience:3-4 years of relevant field experience in cold chain, refrigeration, or related technical operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of cold chain systems and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Monitor temperature controls, maintenance schedules, and system efficiency.
• Lead and manage a technical team for installation, repair, and troubleshooting of refrigeration equipment.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data management using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Maintain safety and compliance standards across all cold storage operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely maintenance and support.
• Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure uninterrupted cold storage performance.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on knowledge of refrigeration systems, cold storage, or commercial freezers (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
