Cold Email Marketing Specialist

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and validate high-quality leads using Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools.
• Run cold email campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead, and Caly with hyper-personalization for high engagement.
• Optimize deliverability to ensure emails land in inboxes, not spam.
• Develop and execute multi-step email sequences with A/B testing for subject lines, copy, and CTA.
• Integrate email campaigns with CRM (GoHighLevel) and track performance in dashboards.
• Analyze campaign KPIs: open rate, response rate, reply rate, meeting booked, conversion.
• Manage and maintain lead lists, segments, and enrichment data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with automation & SDR teams to sync campaigns with workflows and outreach sequences.
• Maintain audit-ready logs of campaigns, replies, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Caly, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Hands-on with B2B cold email campaigns (tech, SaaS, or service-based).
• Strong knowledge of email deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and warming techniques.
• Ability to create personalized, high-converting email copy.
• Experience with CRM automation, dashboards, and reporting (GoHighLevel preferred).
• Data-driven approach, with experience in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
