The Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Cold-Formed Steel Framing Foreman to lead and manage one of our field crews. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will be the crucial link between the field team and the project management staff, coordinating daily operations and guaranteeing successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and mentor a crew of cold-formed steel framers and other onsite personnel.
• Effectively read and interpret architectural blueprints, structural plans, and project specifications.
• Plan, lay out, and oversee the installation of cold-formed metal framing for interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other structural components.
• Coordinate and manage material delivery and equipment needs, including aerial lifts and skid-steers.
• Conduct daily job safety analysis (JSA) meetings and enforce all company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Track and manage project timelines and progress, communicating daily updates to the project management team.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure all work meets project standards and building codes.
• Resolve onsite issues and conflicts quickly and professionally.
• Complete all necessary daily and weekly paperwork, including timecards, safety reports, and change orders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a foreman, specifically with commercial cold-formed steel framing.
• Deep understanding of CFS techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts and aerial lifts.
• Ability to travel to various job sites for up to 4 weeks at a time
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
