We are looking for energetic and hardworking Cold Kitchen Assistants to join our growing food processing team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh fruits, salads, smoothies, juices, and fruit platters
• Wash, cut, peel, and portion fruits and vegetables
• Assist in packing and labeling food products
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area
• Follow food safety and quality procedures
• Support the team in daily production activities

Requirements:

• Experience in food preparation, cold kitchen, salad section, or fresh-cut production is preferred
• Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and active
• Must be comfortable working afternoon and night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
