Position Overview
The Cold Outreach Specialist is responsible for generating qualified leads, securing business opportunities, and supporting company growth through LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and Upwork bidding. The role requires strong communication skills, lead generation expertise, and the ability to convert prospects into potential clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospect Research
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other channels.
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools to source qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate prospect and lead records in CRM systems.
LinkedIn Outreach
- Execute LinkedIn connection and messaging campaigns.
- Develop personalized outreach messages and follow-up sequences.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Manage LinkedIn lead generation activities to increase business opportunities.
Email Marketing & Cold Email Campaigns
- Create and manage cold email campaigns.
- Write personalized email sequences and follow-ups.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, and conversions.
- Ensure email deliverability and compliance with outreach best practices.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and engagement.
Upwork Bidding & Proposal Management
- Search for relevant projects and business opportunities on Upwork.
- Prepare customized proposals and bid submissions.
- Communicate with prospects and respond to client inquiries.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare project estimates and service offerings.
Business Development Support
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain sales pipelines and prospect databases.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track outreach KPIs and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly lead generation reports.
- Monitor conversion rates, meeting bookings, proposal success rates, and client acquisition metrics.
- Recommend process improvements based on campaign results.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in Cold Outreach, Lead Generation, and Business Development.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Experience with Email Marketing and Cold Email Outreach.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Familiarity with Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
