We are hiring a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the growth of our US-based Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing services. This role focuses on outbound cold calling to US healthcare providers, introducing our solutions, qualifying prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience specifically in the healthcare, medical billing, or RCM industry, along with strong English communication skills and confidence engaging US-based prospects.
Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to US medical practices, clinics, and healthcare groups.

Present company RCM, medical billing, credentialing, and related healthcare solutions clearly and professionally.

Identify key decision-makers (practice managers, billing managers, physicians) and qualify leads.

Schedule appointments, demos, or discovery calls for senior sales representatives.

Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and lead status in CRM systems.

Conduct timely follow-ups via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

Meet or exceed defined daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls and booked meetings.

Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
Minimum Requirement

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical billing, or RCM-related outbound sales or cold calling (US market preferred).

Strong spoken English with clear or neutral accent suitable for US client communication.

Good understanding of RCM services such as eligibility, AR follow-up, denial management, credentialing, and billing workflows.

Confidence in handling objections and maintaining professional phone conversations.
Work Location & Timing

Onsite position in I-10, Islamabad.

Working hours: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM (aligned with US business hours).
