About us

Our goal is to provide optimum healthcare to the individuals we service. This is a small, nurse practitioner ran family practice. The purpose is to provide affordable primary care services to individuals within the community with and without insurance. It is the owner's belief that healthcare should be accessible to all individuals despite their financial situation.

We are seeking a highly qualified Physician to join our team. The candidate will be expected to enter collaboration agreement with our primary care NP. Within this collaboration agreement, the candidate will be expected to provide occasional guidance and professional advice in regards to care of patients within the practice as well as review of patient cases on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and have a strong understanding of medical diagnosis and treatments. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing quality care and is committed to helping our patients achieve their health goals.

Responsibilities:

• Be available via telephone, email, or video call for review of patient cases once a month
• Provide occasional guidance and medical advice in the care and treatment of patients

Job Type: Contract

Projected Total Compensation: $350.00 - $500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Medical License in Ohio (Required)
