Location: Remote/Hybrid – Ohio
Position Type: Independent Contractor / Collaborating Physician
Compensation: Starting at $350/month with growth-based increases

About Us

We are a growing wellness-focused clinic providing integrative care in psychiatry, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight loss, aesthetics, and minor primary care services. Our mission is to provide personalized, patient-centered care that supports both mental and physical wellness.

We are seeking an Ohio-licensed MD or DO to serve as a collaborating physician for a nurse practitioner-owned practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a flexible, low-hour collaborative role with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician collaboration in accordance with Ohio regulations
• Review and sign collaborative practice agreements as required
• Complete approximately 10% chart review/checks through the clinic EHR
• Meet monthly with the provider for the first 6 months to review cases, protocols, and clinic operations
• Be available for occasional consultation regarding patient care questions
• Support clinical oversight related to:
• Psychiatry/mental health
• Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including pellet insertion
• Medical weight loss
• Aesthetic medicine
• Minor primary care services

Qualifications

• Active MD or DO license in Ohio
• Experience in psychiatry, wellness medicine, HRT, weight loss, aesthetics, and/or primary care preferred
• Comfortable collaborating with an independently practicing NP-led clinic
• Willingness to log into EHR for chart review requirements
• Strong communication and mentorship mindset preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Credentialed with major insurance payers for psychiatric services preferred
• Dual licensure in both North Carolina and Ohio strongly preferred
• Additional monthly compensation available for physicians licensed in both states
• Experience with BHRT/pellet therapy and wellness-based practice models
• Previous experience collaborating with nurse practitioners or wellness clinics
• Familiarity with telehealth workflows and hybrid cash-pay/insurance models

Compensation

• Starting compensation: $350/month
• Compensation will increase as clinic volume and revenue grow
• Additional compensation available for:
• Dual NC/OH licensure
• Expanded oversight responsibilities
• Increased patient volume

Schedule

• Flexible
• Monthly meetings required for first 6 months
• Minimal time commitment outside of chart reviews and consultations
