Collaborating Psychiatrist

We are looking for a Collaborative Psychiatrist for our outpatient practice, seeing adults 18+ and providing a range of innovative mental health treatments such as Medication Management, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and Individual Counseling.

As a Collaborative Psychiatrist here you will partner with our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants daily to support them in their patient encounters.

• This position does not require full-time commitment; however, the expectation is that the collaborating psychiatrist have reasonable availability to provide services and support to providers for their patients
• The supervising psychiatrist does not need to see patients or treat in any capacity. There will be no patient care, treatment, or prescriptions for the collaborating psychiatrist

Responsibilities:

• Be available during work hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, for telephone consultations and questions for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Review any charts, if required by the state
• Review and sign administrative documents for practice
• Maintain malpractice insurance
• Partner with Medical Director on best practices for patient care

Skills:

• Proven experience as psychiatrist
• Supportive and works well with others in a teaching environment
• Compassionate, innovative, collaborative

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Psychiatry (MD or DO)
• Ohio Medical License without restrictions
