Collaborating / Supervising Physician (Integrative Fertility & Women’s Health)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Florida-licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with training in women’s health to partner with our lead Physician Assistant. We anticipate a very limited time commitment, making this an easy way to earn consistent monthly income. This is an opportunity to shape a growing clinic focused on holistic fertility and overall women’s health. This clinic sees patients virtually but has plans to expand to an office in St. Petersburg, FL within the next year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide supervising physician oversight in compliance with Florida PA regulations
• Review a small number of charts and lab orders monthly
• Be available for consultation (telehealth/phone acceptable) on clinical matters
• Collaborate on clinical protocols and growth strategy for the practice

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) license in Florida and in good standing
• Familiarity with or interest in integrative/functional medicine, fertility, or women’s health
• Comfortable collaborating with a PA in a boutique clinical setting
• Open to flexible hours

Ideal Candidate:

• Interested in innovative care models and comfortable with direct-to-consumer lab and functional testing platforms
• Appreciates collaborative, patient-centered care and evidence-informed natural protocols

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Base Pay: From $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 2 per week
