Patient Volume:

• NP caseload: typically fewer than 10-12 patients per week. Collaboration 1hr per month.

Purple Lily Care Solutions, LLC — a nurse practitioner–led mental health telehealth practice — is seeking a Collaborative Physician (MD/DO) licensed in South Carolina and Georgia. I care currently care for 10-12patients per week, focusing on depression, anxiety, insomnia.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the collaborating physician for NP in accordance with state regulatory requirements.
• Provide chart reviews and case consultations as needed.
• Maintain open communication with the NP team for support and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with telehealth and state practice standard.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license (MD or DO)
• Board-certified in Psychiatry, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• Experience with or interest in telehealth and outpatient primary/mental health
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
