Collaborative Physician Primary Care

Heartstrings Mental Health & Wellness, PLLC is looking for a Collaborating Physician to join our team. We are a rapidly growing mental health practice with an ambitious growth plan and have recently began the process of adding on primary care. We are looking for a Physician who is licensed in Kentucky to meet the collaboration requirements of the state. The clinic has been open and serving patients for over 4 years and continuing to grow. Will be collaborating with one FNP at this time with a possible increase to two.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• No in person requirements
• Review medical records when appropriate
• Recommend treatment plans based on the results of examinations and records as requested by APRN

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $250.00 - $500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Kentucky Medical License (Required)
