Job Summary

Instapaise LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Collection Coordinator to manage and oversee the company’s receivables process. The role involves ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, maintaining positive client relationships, and supporting the finance team in improving cash flow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up accordingly
• Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to secure timely payments
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and payment statuses
• Coordinate with the finance team to reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies
• Prepare regular aging reports and collection summaries for management review
• Negotiate payment plans when necessary, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Escalate high-risk accounts to management for further action
• Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and company guidelines
• Support invoicing and billing processes when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance support roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with accounting or ERP systems
• Knowledge of basic credit control procedures
• Familiarity with Qatar business environment is an advantage
