Collection Executive

Location: Al Garhoud, Dubai

Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000

Job Summary

Team Thai General Trading LLC is hiring a Collection Executive responsible mainly for outdoor visits to collect payments from customers. Both experienced candidates and freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular outdoor visits to customers for payment collection.

Follow up with customers via calls and emails for outstanding dues.

Collect payments on time and submit daily collection reports.

Maintain proper records of collections and receipts.

Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments for invoice-related clarifications.

Handle customer issues professionally and ensure timely closures.

Achieve monthly collection targets.

Requirements

Freshers can apply; experience in collections or fieldwork is an advantage.

Must be comfortable with daily outdoor work.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic understanding of invoices and accounting (training will be provided).

Should be currently available in UAE.

UAE driving license is an added advantage.
