We specialize in importing and distributing high-quality frozen seafood across Saudi Arabia.
We are currently looking for a Collection Executive for our Riyadh Head Office.
Key Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in collections; candidates with extensive experience in the collections field will be preferred

Strong personality with the ability to confidently communicate with customers to recover overdue payments

Fluency in
Arabic and English
(reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory

Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

Familiarity with ERP systems or collections software, including data entry and record management
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Valid KSA driving license

Knowledge & Competencies

Good understanding of debt collection laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia

Ability to coordinate between the company and legal representatives (lawyers) when required

Knowledge of billing procedures and financial terminology

Strong awareness of privacy and confidentiality standards

Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets
