About the Role

We are looking to hire a Collection Specialist with strong experience in collections or accounts receivables to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing outstanding invoices, following up with customers, and ensuring timely collection to support smooth cash flow operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the collection process for outstanding customer invoices.
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and written communication to ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivables and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance and Sales to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging analysis, and cash forecasts.
• Investigate payment delays and propose appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to credit and collection policies.
• Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivables (preferably in KSA).
• Strong understanding of billing cycles, payment terms, and AR reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
