But in this industry, getting paid takes more than sending invoices it takes follow-through, persistence, and someone who knows how to navigate insurance and construction realities.

We’re looking for a Collections Specialist who will take ownership of their accounts and drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage a portfolio of receivables tied to restoration projects
• Follow up on outstanding invoices with customers, insurance carriers, and adjusters
• Partner with Project Managers to resolve billing issues, missing documentation, and change orders
• Navigate insurance delays and keep jobs moving toward closeout
• Review aging reports and actively reduce past-due balances
• Maintain detailed notes and stay organized across multiple accounts
• Hold others accountable while maintaining professional relationships

What You Bring

• 2+ years of collections or AR experience (restoration or construction preferred)
• Confidence and consistency in follow-up—calls, emails, and everything in between
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• A problem-solving mindset—you don’t wait, you figure it out
• Professional communication skills, even in tough conversations

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
