Collections Specialist

United Elevators is hiring a Collections Specialist to join our Finance team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
• Previous experience in construction or real estate companies is preferred
• Strong knowledge of collections cycles, invoicing, and customer accounts
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and negotiation skills
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely collections
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and aging reports
• Coordinate with sales, projects, and finance teams regarding payments
• Prepare periodic collections and receivables reports
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies with clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
  
  

Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Work Location: Industrial Area, New Cairo
