SUMMARY Responsible for oversight and collections on customer accounts.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate. Good customer service and phone skills, including the ability to maintain composure and professionalism during adverse situations, required. Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and Word, required. Attention to detail and experience with managing data records required. 2-3 years’ experience with accounts receivable or collections required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to communicate with customers in the English language in both verbal and written formats.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to perform basic mathematical operations including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.
REASONING ABILITY Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
