The Role

We need someone who can get on the phone and collect money. We've got a chunk of overdue payments from clients, and we want someone hungry, persistent, and professional to bring it in — and to keep our payments coming in on time going forward.

This is simple: you call clients who owe us, you get them to pay, and you don't give up easily. There's commission on top of base tied to what you collect, so the more you bring in, the more you make. No degree, no accounting background, no CPA required. If you're great at getting people to pay and you like being rewarded for it, we want to talk.

We'll teach you our systems. You bring the phone skills and the hustle.

What You'll Do

• Call clients with overdue balances and collect what they owe
• Stay on top of who owes what, and follow up until it's paid
• Work out payment timelines when needed (with approval) while keeping clients happy
• Keep our receivables current and flag accounts that go quiet
• Track your calls, payment promises, and what's been collected

What You Need

• Comfortable and confident on the phone — you don't mind calling people about money
• Persistent and hard to brush off, but professional and easy to deal with
• Organized enough to manage a list of accounts and stay on top of follow-ups
• Self-driven and motivated by hitting targets
• US-based and authorized to work in the US

No degree or certification required. If you can collect, we want to hear from you.

Nice to Have (not required)

• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, sales, or call-center work
• Comfort with basic spreadsheets or invoicing tools (we'll train you)
• Experience dealing with business/client accounts

Compensation

$42,000–$52,000 per year ($20–25/hr), depending on experience — plus commission on everything you collect. The harder you collect, the more you earn. Open to full-time or part-time; part-time pay is prorated.
