Collections/Office Clerk For Used Car Dealership

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Collections/Office Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Auto payments collections, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the overall financial operations of our organization. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will ensure smooth revenue cycle management, accurate account reconciliation, and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your skills in Auto billing, accounting software, and negotiation will make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Collecting payments
  • File paperwork
  • update all informations pertaining to specific cars
  • assist with sales i.e contracts, stipulations, requirements, and information verification.
  • You will also have to learn to explain each part of the contract to clients and make sure they are fully aware and understanding of what they are signing.
  • You will also have to send out cars for reposessions if clients are not compliant to what we are requiring.
  • Follow up with customers regarding their accounts and find solutions so we do not have to result in reposessions.

Pay: $500.00 - $950.00 per week
