We are seeking an experienced, high-energy College Admissions Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of guiding students through the complexities of the elite college application process, from strategic positioning to final enrollment. MUST have 2+ years of experience as High School Counselor or as independent counselor performing duties below.

Duties

• Build comprehensive college lists and multi-year roadmaps for students (grades 9–12)
• Oversee the Common App, Coalition, and individual university portals to ensure 100% accuracy and timely submission.
• Interview prospective students individually or in groups to assess their academic interests, goals, and suitability for our programs.
• Advise students on extracurricular activities, summer programs, and leadership opportunities to enhance their candidacy
• Provide comprehensive academic advising and counseling to help students select appropriate courses and navigate the admissions process effectively.
• Develop and implement targeted recruiting campaigns to reach diverse student populations through outreach initiatives and digital marketing channels.
• Minimum of two years of experience in college admissions counseling.
• Demonstrated success in interviewing prospective students, providing individual or group counseling sessions focused on academic planning and career guidance.
• Knowledge of university admission policies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds while effectively conveying information about colleges and and their admission requirements.
