College Internship | Media Production & Video Editing (Creative Production Apprenticeship)

Willow Street Pictures is accepting applications for a Media Production and Video Editing Internship inside our luxury fine art portrait studios.

This is a college credit internship available exclusively to students who are eligible to receive academic credit through their institution.

This opportunity is structured as a creative production apprenticeship for students who are already creating and are serious about developing their work inside a professional studio environment.

About the Experience

This is not a shadowing role.

Interns work directly inside live portrait sessions, supporting real production, capturing behind-the-scenes content, and contributing to active video workflows.

You will be stepping into a working studio where:

This experience is best suited for students pursuing a path in:

• video production
• editing
• visual storytelling
• creative direction

What You’ll Be Part Of

• Assist during live family and pet portrait sessions
• Capture behind-the-scenes video using DSLR or mirrorless systems
• Work within studio lighting environments and production setups
• Organize and prepare footage for editing workflows
• Edit short-form and long-form content using Adobe Premiere
• Support ongoing content creation across YouTube and studio platforms
• Operate within a small, focused creative team
• You will see how real client experiences are translated into visual content.

What We’re Looking For

Current college student eligible for academic internship credit

Majoring in Film, Media Production, or a closely related field

Working knowledge of:

• Adobe Premiere
• Adobe Photoshop
• Mac-based workflows
• Basic understanding of:
• camera systems
• video capture
• editing timelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to move with pace and take direction
• Professional presence within a client-facing environment
• Reliable transportation to Harleysville and West Lawn

Required with Application

Portfolio or sample work demonstrating:

• video editing
• content creation
• or visual storytelling
• This can include:
• short-form video
• YouTube content
• school or personal projects
