What you’ll do

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our offerings and building rapport.
• Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
• Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture existing relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills while addressing client inquiries and providing information about our services.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of technology sales and telemarketing techniques.
• Assist in developing scripts and strategies for effective telemarketing outreach.
• Provide feedback on client interactions to help refine our approach and improve customer service.

Basic qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience or coursework in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound calling roles is advantageous.
• A keen interest in business development and marketing strategies.
