Role Responsibilities:

• Perform collision repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, frame adjustments, and cosmetic refinishing, using welding and related techniques to restore vehicles to factory standards.
• Inspect vehicles to assess damage, determine repair needs, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely, highquality completion of jobs.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components as needed, verifying parts against estimates to ensure accurate ordering and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all required safety protocols and regulations.
• Stay current with industry repair methods, tools, and technology to ensure toplevel workmanship.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Quick onboarding-start working within days of applying.
• Handson experience in auto body repair and restoration with a focus on quality.
• Strong mechanical and welding skills using professional tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with clear communication.
