Collision Center Parts Manager

Job Description

Harvey's Collision Center is looking for a Parts Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have a background in parts management and inventory control.

Essential Duties:

• Oversee and direct all activities of the Parts Department, including scheduling, repairs, and other work.
• Ensure that all parts are properly identified, priced, and ordered in a timely manner.
• Ensure that parts are properly stored and inventoried.
• Manage the daily inventory of parts and ensure that inventory levels are maintained.
• Maintain a high level of service to customers, vendors, and other personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail accuracy and timeliness.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail while maintaining quality control.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, both written and oral communication between departments as well as interpersonal skills in dealing with others.
• Must have strong computer skills including MS Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
