Collision Center Parts Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to support our collision repair team. Key Responsibilities:

• Order, receive and track parts and materials required for collision repairs.
• Coordinate with body shop estimators, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Inspect incoming parts for accuracy, damage, and quality; manage returns and credits efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using dealership management systems.
• Assist in managing parts storage, ensuring a clean and organized parts department.
• Support repair order processes by tagging and delivering parts to technicians.
• Handle sublet orders and vendor communications as needed.
• Contribute to minimizing parts returns and optimizing department efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive parts (dealership or collision center preferred; Toyota experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, catalog systems, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with computer systems and parts catalog software.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with technicians, estimators, and vendors.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications a bonus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
