Collision Parts Coordinator

C&R Collision is seeking a detail-oriented Collision Parts Coordinator to support our parts and paint process in a fast-paced collision repair environment.

This is an active shop-floor position, not a desk job. The role requires pulling, moving, staging, checking, and organizing automotive parts throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage parts for repair and paint departments
• Assign vehicles ready for paint
• Perform mirror matching to verify correct parts, options, and fit
• Inspect incoming parts for shipping damage, defects, and accuracy
• Perform secondary checks before parts move to paint
• Organize parts carts and staging areas
• Track shortages, damaged parts, and returns
• Communicate issues clearly with parts, paint, estimators, and technicians
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail
• Organized and dependable
• Able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Comfortable following processes and checklists
• Comfortable using computers and shop software
• Collision, dealership parts, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking throughout the shop and parts areas
• Repeated lifting, moving, and staging of automotive parts
• Ability to safely handle large parts such as bumpers, fenders, doors, and hoods with help or equipment when needed
• Comfortable working in heat, noise, and an active production environment

What Success Looks Like

• Correct parts are pulled and staged on time
• Wrong or damaged parts are caught before paint
• Parts carts and staging areas stay organized
• Problems are communicated early
• Production keeps moving with fewer delays

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
