Color Consultant

Our color consultants are responsible for assisting clients in selecting paint colors for the exterior and interior of their homes. This service separates Kind Home from other paint companies by giving clients peace of mind and ensuring they have paint colors they can love for years to come. We’re committed to providing a thoughtfully curated experience where clients can have fun, express themselves, and feel fully supported throughout the color selection process.

We're looking for vibrant, high-energy, and people-oriented individuals for this role. As an integral part of our team, you are trained in all of our products and services, workflow processes, and customer service to provide the best experience possible. If you follow our systems and are open to feedback, you will unquestionably be successful in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel to clients' homes to provide color consultation services within the Denver metro area
• Connect with clients and create lasting relationships
• Data entry and maintaining records in our database
• Provide educated advice and guidance based on information gained from conversations with the client and personal expertise
• Provide outstanding customer support and communication
• Communicate clearly between the client and the service provider
• Stay up to date with trends and industry advancements
• Assist with paint samples and drawdowns
• Keep appointment schedules and logs pertaining to in-field consultations

Qualifications:

• Certification in a verified course or educational background in Interior Design (If you are not currently certified but are open to completing a course we can help with that!)
• Highly developed people skills
• Professional and positive at all times
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Phenomenal listening and communication skills
• Ability to manage a variety of steps throughout the process
• Good attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-based approach
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Compensation:

• Yearly salary compensation $59000 with bonus opportunities.
