Color Matching Designer

We are looking for a Color Matching Designer to support our textile printing operations and ensure accurate, consistent color production.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Digital printing designs / shade and colors profile adjustment.
• Prepare and manage TIF / PSD / AI files using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for production.
• Conduct print trials and coordinate sample approvals with relevant teams.
• Shade matching of digital designs vs. physical printed fabrics / samples.
• Ensure repeat order color consistency across different print runs and batches.
• Work closely with printing and design teams to resolve color-related issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of color corrections, profiles, and print settings.
• Verify and control textile Colors, substrates, and printing parameters to achieve required results.
• Pay close attention to shades, gradients, and repeatability during the entire process.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ICC profiles, CMYK and Lab color spaces.
• Good understanding of textile Colors, printing processes
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop / Illustrator and print ready file preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail for color accuracy and consistency.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with printing, design, and merchandising teams.

Education: Matric / Intermediate

Experience: 2-3 years of shade matching

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
