Colour Artist Assistant – 3D Miniature Painting

About Us

Stature 3D is a premium brand specializing in customized 3D miniatures and idols for gifting and home décor. Each piece is handcrafted with attention to detail, and we’re looking for a Colour Artist Assistant to join our creative team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Colour Artist in hand-painting resin-based 3D miniatures and idols
• Perform base coating, colour mixing, and fine detailing work
• Maintain painting tools, colours, and workstation in an organised manner
• Perform quality checks before packaging
• Follow design references and colour guidelines provided by the Lead Artist

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of hand painting (Acrylic or Oil paints preferred)
• Eye for detail and steady hand for miniature work
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Fresher or candidates with 1–2 years of painting/art experience are welcome
• Must be comfortable working full-time on-site at our Gurgaon office.

Work Details

• Work Days: Monday – Saturday
• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Probation Period: 1 month
