Comfort Advisor – HVAC Sales

Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating | Full-Time | Northeast Florida

At Creeks Air Conditioning & Heating, comfort is what we do best. For over 34 years, we've proudly served St. John's, Duval, Clay, and surrounding areas with personalized HVAC solutions for homes and businesses. Now, we're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this role, you'll meet with homeowners, assess their comfort needs, and present solutions that keep them comfortable year-round.

What You'll Do:

Conduct in-home HVAC evaluations and system assessments
Present customized system options and financing plans
Build trust through clear communication and follow-up
Close sales and coordinate with install and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

When We're Looking For:

Proven in-home sales success (HVAC experience preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and customer-first mindset
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
