Your Mission (What You'll Do):

Consult & Estimate: Build and present accurate, multi-option estimates for new/replacement HVAC systems alongside our technical experts.

Guide & Close: Present proposals (in-person/Zoom), explain financing options, and conduct necessary follow-up to ensure sales close.

Collaborate: Ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation by coordinating closely with the Install, Dispatch, and Service teams.

Achieve: Meet and exceed ambitious KPIs (sales, revenue, close rate, etc.).

The Details:

Position Type: Full-time, Commission-Based (High earning potential!)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (shifts generally 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM or until completion). Occasional weekends required.

Tools: Must be proficient with mobile devices, iPads, and industry software for job management.
