American Rooter Plumbing is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present solutions, and close high-quality opportunities generated by our service team. This is a consultative sales role where you are working with warm leads, not chasing business.

What You'll Do
Meet with homeowners following a service evaluation to understand their needs and present repair or replacement options. You will guide customers through their choices, answer questions, and help them confidently move forward with the best solution for their home and budget. This role is focused on communication, relationship-building, and closing qualified opportunities, not performing plumbing work. You will also document activity in ServiceTitan and coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish.

What We're Looking For
Experience in consultative, in-home, or customer-facing sales is preferred, but home services experience is not required. We will train the right person. You should be comfortable presenting solutions in person, building trust quickly, and guiding customers through decisions. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up habits are essential, along with the ability to manage a flexible schedule that may include evenings or weekends. A valid driver's license is required. Experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems is a plus.
