Comfort Suites is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Housekeeping Executive to lead our housekeeping department. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team excellence. Duties

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team
• Schedule staff and ensure proper coverage for daily operations
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand and hotel standards are met
• Manage inventory, supplies, and laundry operations
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room readiness
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand guidelines
• Address guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services, with a strong background in janitorial or industrial cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of commercial cleaning equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Excellent leadership abilities with experience training and supervising staff.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to custodial work in hospitality settings.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Pay: From $14.00 per hour
