Comfort Suites is seeking an experienced, detail-driven Housekeeping Executive to lead our housekeeping department. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team excellence. Duties
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team
- Schedule staff and ensure proper coverage for daily operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand and hotel standards are met
- Manage inventory, supplies, and laundry operations
- Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room readiness
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand guidelines
- Address guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial services, with a strong background in janitorial or industrial cleaning.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and use of commercial cleaning equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience training and supervising staff.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to custodial work in hospitality settings.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
