Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking focused, committed commercial agents who are ready to level up:

-Proven experience in Dubai’s commercial or secondary/resale market
-Strong understanding of key communities, transactions & RERA compliance -Ability to generate, qualify, and convert leads (inbound or self-sourced)
-Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
-Strong interpersonal & closing skills
-Organized, proactive, and CRM-savvy (Salesforce experience preferred)
-Familiar with Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle
-Valid UAE driving license & car
